"Daniela, we want you to be in our band,”

I read "Singer Wanted".

One day Jenny and her friend Daniela found a poser "Singer Wanted". The band was a Hot Rock, and Daniela liked Rock musics, so she wanted to be a new singer. Then their friend, Gemma came to them, and asked about the poster. On Saturday, Daniela went to the audition, but Gemma was there too. And Gemma was a really good singer, so Daniela thought she couldn't win Gemma. After the audition, the band members talked and decided new singer. The new singer was Gemma. So Daniela lost her confidence. However, Gemma was very selfish and arrogant, so the band member couldn't bear her attitude. So, they asked Daniela to join the rock band and to be a new singer. 

I learned it is not enough for people to have talent from this story. Our attitude has a great influence on others. So we have to be careful our attitude. 

Old Boat, New Boat

"Ryan's old boat.But our new boat!"

I read "Old Boat, New Boat."

One day in evening, Mr.Walsh and his son, Ryan were putting his old boat on the beach. But it was a illegal dumping. Next morning, boys and a girl found that boat. And they thought they could fix it. So they asked one garbage collector to give it to them. The man agreed, and he said he would help repair the boat. Boys and a girl worked to get some money, because they have to buy some parts of boat and paint.On Saturday, they finished to fix the boat. And they take the boat to the beach. Then, Ryan found it, and he came to them and said "My boat looks great now!" "That's my boat. I want it back." But they claimed the boat was theirs, and the garbage collector, Mr. Robinson charged him the money for illegal dumping. In the end, Ryan gave up, and went back. 

I think Ryan was so stupid. He didn't follow the rules and asked to return after the boat was fixed, it was too selfish. 

The Cave

I read "The cave"

One day John, Daniela, Tyler, Faye and David were in their boat, and while driving a boat, they found a cave. They thought it looked so interesting, so they decided to enter the cave. Inside of the cave, there were a lot of old things, and traces like someone was living. Also it was dark and cold in the cave. Daniela didn't like the cave, so she suggested to went out of this cave. When they tried to go out, the water was coming into the cave, and high, they couldn't out. They looked for other exit, then Tyler found a ladder. So they climbed the ladder, but the exit door was locked with a key. However, David found the key, so they tried to open it. Luckily, the door open. They could out of the cave. 

I felt the importance of friendship from this story. They Together they were able to get out of the cave. By working with someone, we can make a big powers or difference. 

Rain, Rain, Rain!

"It's a school holiday. Oh no!"

I read "Rain, Rain, Rain!".

On a rainy Monday, a girl named Faye thought "I don't want to go to school." because she didn't like the rain. School starts at 9 o'clock, but when she looked at the clock said 8:20. She thought "I'm late for school." So she didn't eat a breakfast and didn't hear her mother's words. She was in a hurry, but on the way, she was almost hit a dog, and fell off her bike. Her bike was broken, so she decided to get on a train. However, the tree lay in front of the train, and the train was stuck. Then she want to the bus stop, but she couldn't be in in time, the bus left in front of her. So she ran to the school, but the school was closed, the day was a school holiday.

It's common to round and round some issues or behaviors, so I really understand this story. The best way is to calm down everything. We won't have any trouble if we can do that...

Dino's Day in London

"But this can't be Dino!"

I read "Dino's Day in London".

Tommy Grant was a TOP TAXI driver in London. One day, his boss Sam telephoned him in early morning. He asked Tommy to drive a film star's son, Dino. And, Tommy received a letter and 50￡ as a pocket money for Dino from the film star.  The letter said ''Please take Dino to Buckingham palace, Harrods, and British Museum.'' Tommy went to the meeting location before 15 minutes, but a boy was sitting on a chair already. He said he was a Dino, so he and Tommy started driving. First, Tommy drove to Buckingham Palace, but Dino told Tommy that he didn't want to see such old place. Tommy was said ''Be very nice to the boy'' by his boss, so he had no choice but to obey Dino. Dino demanded a lot of money at a cheap shop and ate a burger for a lunch. After finished the drive, Tommy took him the hotel where they met. When Tommy stopped the hotel, a very beautiful woman asked him. The woman was a film star, and mother of Dino. And she took Tommy to the hotel, and she said "This is Dino." So Tommy was so upset, and he said "But this can't be Dino." He looked at his taxi, but Dino isn't there.  At the same time, Tommy's boss,Sam, was at home, and his son Billy came back his house. Billy said today's school day was very good. 

I think this story was so interested. Actually, real Dino was waiting Tommy all day, and fake Dino was a Sam's son Billy. I read back to the first scene of this story, then Billy heard of his father's conversation. So he know about the place of meeting hotel, and the time Tommy came. 

Sarah's Surprising

"What's the man doing?"

 

I read "Sarah's Surprising".

Sarah stared to work at cafe, The Lagoon today. Ji-Sung worked at The Lagoon too. The cafe's owner, Mrs.Hayes showed Sarah the things in the cafe such as drinks and the  food. Ji-Sung and Sarah was working in the cafe. While minutes later, Mrs. Hayes said "I'm going out now." Later, a man came into the cafe, and he asked Sarah " Is Janet here?" But, Sarah didn't know the name.  Then, the man said "Mrs. Hayes. Where is her?" Sarah said " She is shopping." Then, the man takes some sandwiches, and put them in his bag. And he didn't pay the money. So Sarah was so surprised, and wanted to ask Ji-Sung, but he didn't look at him. So, later she told about the man. They decided to call police, and Sarah told the police officer about the man. When they talk with police, Mrs.Hayes came back to the cafe. And then, the man came back to The Lagoon. Mrs. Hayes introduce the man as her husband. So Sarah was very surprised. "Oh? He's your husband..."

I have part-time job too, so I was able to sympathize with being unfamiliar. I made a lot of mistakes st first, so I will continue to do my best and grow myself.

Goodbye, Hello!

I read ''Goodbye, Hello!".

One day, Alex and his sister Daniela went to big store to buy present for their mother's birthday. But Alex was interested in snowboards, not his mother's present. When he looked snowboards, a little girl was coming with a shopping cart. The little girl was not looking, so she couldn't see Alex. The girl hit Alex, so he fell into the snowboard. He was very angry with the little girl. Then, a girl in red came to them. "Say sorry to the boy, Jessica!" said the girl. Alex looked the girl in red, and he thought "She was very beautiful!"  She went away, but he wanted to talk her. So he chased the girl, but she got into the car. He was so disappointed, and thinking about her in his class. However, the girl was a transfer student in Alex's class! So he was able to met her again.

I also wanted to met a destined person like this story. I don't believe the existence of Mr. Right, but I felt it interesting in the story.
